Transient Journey

I explored this idea of the transient journey as a motion graphic piece. While the mobile presented an unexpected journey, allowing the viewer to move around and individually experience the emotion maps from different viewpoints, the transient journey took the viewer on a journey of the changing emotions within individual emotion maps through the form of an animation. The shapes that formed the moving individual emotion maps morph into each other as one moves through the park, transforming in both colour and form, representing the emotion and corresponding location. These emotions take shape briefly, but as quickly as they take shape they begin transforming to the next state, becoming a fluid, unseen archipelago of emotions.
